Registration for the 2026 summer season will begin on Monday March, 2nd for returning and new families. Registration will be open from March 2nd to Sunday, April 26th. 

A late fee of $25 per swimmer will be added to any registrations received between April 27th and May 5, 2026. Late registrations will not include a team t-shirt.   

Willow Fork Swim Team offers two team options:

The competitive division (ages 4 to 18) participates in scheduled swim meets. For this option, please select COMPETITIVE/STANDARD REGISTRATION and the fees will be calculated in a later section. Competitive swimmers that are not able to swim 25 Yards unassisted by May 15, will be moved to the Non Competitive group and families will be required to pay any required fee differences. YOUR CHILD MUST BE AT LEAST 4 YEARS OLD BY MAY 1, 2026 TO REGISTER FOR THE COMPETITIVE DIVISION.

The non-competitive division (ages 4 to 18) is optimal for newer swimmers who need a little extra attention in the water but still want to be part of the team. Our non-competitive division is open to all age groups, will have their own designated practice time, will receive a team t-shirt and a trophy at the end of year party, but will not participate in the scheduled swim meets. Therefore, there are no volunteer requirements of parents in the non-competitive division. The program is capped at 18 swimmers, allowing extra time and attention to be given to participants by the coaches. The fee for non-competitive is higher to account for the individualized attention given to the swimmer. For this option, please select NON-COMPETITIVE SWIM DIVISION at registration. WHALe has changed the rules due to insurance, YOUR CHILD MUST BE AT LEAST 4 YEARS OLD BY MAY 1, 2026 TO REGISTER FOR THE NON-COMPETITIVE DIVISION. NO EXCEPTIONS

1st Swimmer = $185

2nd Swimmer = $185

Additional Swimmers = $130

15 - 18 Swimmer = $50

Non-Competitive Swimmer = $350

WHALe fee: $25 per swimmer

Registration fees include a T-shirt and End of Season medal per swimmer. The fees cover coaches' salaries, meet expenses, pool rental and equipment, end of season party and theme nights.

Should you need to withdraw your swimmer from the team, Willowfork Swim Team will refund a portion of the WFST registration fees based on the following policy. NOTE: The $25 WHALe fee is non-refundable.

BEFORE May 3rd - full refund available (minus a $25 administrative fee per swimmer)

May 4th through May 10th - 75% refund available

May 11th to May 17th - 50% refund available

NO refunds given AFTER May 17th.
