This is our practice meet. It helps the swimmers understand how a meet works. It's also a good opportunity for parents to get some practice at their volunteer jobs. Swimmers should arrive at 4:45 to check-in. Warms-ups will start at 5:00 pm. The meet will start at 5:30pm. All swimmers will be participating in the freestyle relay, freestyle and backstroke events. |

During practice, the coaches will be gathering times for swimmers in each stroke. These times are used to plan relay teams and individual races for the first meet. Please let the coaches know if your swimmer will not be at this practice. There will be a make-up session on Thursday, May 16th. |
