This stroke clinic is for swimmers to work with the coaches to perfect their stroke techniques. This is an optional practice. Please bring your swimmer to their usual afternoon/evening practice time. |

Green & White Practice Meet

Start: 5:00 PM
End: 8:00 PM
The Green & White Practice meet allows swimmers and volunteers to experience and prepare for the actual meets in June. All swimmers and volunteers are asked to arrive at 5:00PM, warm-ups will be at 5:30 and the meet will start at 6:00pm. The meet will only consist of the Freestyle Relay, Freestyle and Backstroke events. All new judges are required to attend to complete the in-person portion of the judges training. |

Swimmers new to the Willowfork Team are asked to come to the pool to meet coaches and demonstrate their swimming skills. This helps the coaches plan practices for the beginning of the season. |
